CloudScope are looking for an Account Manager to join a creative digital marketing agency based in Essex. They pride themselves on creating a consistent brand presence for clients across multiple platforms, which has been key to their success over the last 20 years.
You will be responsible for acting as the key liaison between clients and the wider team to communicate their needs and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. You will use your experience to develop a trusting relationship with clients and delegate appropriate duties to the associated account executive.
The Role
- Liaising with clients to create a project brief and understand their needs, effectively communicating this with other teams
- Working with other areas of the business to ensure projects are delivered to budget and on time
- Proactively pursuing additional work from clients as appropriate
- Managing the account executive to ensure they meet targets and stay motivated
The Candidate
- Proven track record of sales or account management preferably within an agency environment
- Prior experience managing and motivating others
- Good understanding of digital marketing
- Proven track record working with other areas of the business to deliver client projects
Salary: Up to £35k
Working Hours: Monday - Friday. Benefits include company shutdown over Christmas, birthday off, bonus scheme, regular social events
Location: Feering, Essex
Commute: Colchester, Braintree, Chelmsford, Halstead, Witham, Bishop’s Stortford, Clacton-on-Sea
